UVR-011A/B, UVR-011A/B-N Ultrasonic Flowmeters for stratal water
These flowmeters are designed for the measurement of flow rate and volume of acoustically transparent liquids, especially for measurement of the stratal and custody-transferable water in the stratal pressure maintenance systems at the oil-production enterprises. The flowmeter can measure quantity of liquid transported through one pipeline.
The two versions of the flowmeters are produced: a monoblock one for autonomous operation mode (UVR-011A/B) and another one with a remote power and communication unit (UVR-011A/B-N).
The UVR-011A/B version consists of a system unit (SU) and a pair of electroacoustic transducers (EAT) built into the cut-in section by the manufacturer. The system unit is equipped with a keyboard and a liquid crystal display (LCD). The flowmeter control and the data reading is performed at the operation site by means of the keyboard and LCI. The power and communication unit is connected to the system unit by a two-wire cable. By means of the cable the flowmeter receives power and exchanges data with the power and communication unit is performed. The flowmeter data reading can also be carried out with the help of the power and communication unit keyboard and LCD. It allows, for example, to install the flowmeter at a pipeline and control the data through the power and communication unit LCD.
The flowmeters measures the liquid flow velocity as well as the time intervals. Depending on the flow direction the velocity value has the sign “+” or “-“.
Flowmeter advantages:

- ability to measure small values, which minimizes losses caused by the
measurement devices low sensitivity;
- built-in parameter testing and automatic control of the signal level;
- two versions available:
- with autonomous power supply (min. operating time – 4 years without galvanic
battery replacement);
- with standard current output of 4 – 20 mA;
- for the autonomous mode operating the flowmeter is equipped with a keyboard
and a display;
- frequency output is available, interface RS-232 or HART;
- being a system-oriented devise the flowmeter is easily connected to the
information-measuring systems under PC control or can be adapted to the existing
ones;
- forms archives of registered values:
- hourly - for the last 1080 hours (45 days);
- monthly – for the last 36 months (3 years);
- the interval between verifications is 2 years.
