UDR-011 Ultrasonic Flowmeter with Clamp-on Sensors

     UDR-011 the Doppler ultrasonic flowmeters are designed for flow rate and volume measurement of the liquids that are transferred in both directions in the pressure pipelines and contain at least 0,1% of suspended solid or gaseous particles. The flowmeters are applied in the technological processes control while pulp or mud water transferring at the concentrating mills, mines and opencast mines; in the crude oil production and transportation; in the metallurgical, petrochemical and other branches of industry, as well as in water outflow systems. UDR-011 flowmeters can be installed at the pipelines made of steel, cast iron, asbestos cement, plastic etc.

     The devices consist of a system unit (IP30, IP56 versions) and two remote sensors (IP67 version) mounted directly on the pipeline. The sensors are connected to the system unit by means of high-frequency cables. The stationary and the portative flowmeter versions are available.

THE DEVICES PROVIDE:

measurement and displaying on the LED indicator the flow rate subject to the flow direction, instant flow rate and volume (by cumulation);

forming the hourly, daily, monthly and yearly nonvolatile archive;

forming the pulse-frequency and 0… 5, 4…20 mA DC signal;

PC communication;

the disabled state time registration;

automatic tasting of the internal functional units;

UDR-011 flowmeter advantages:

- operating simplicity and reliability;

- the magnetic clamp-on sensors cause no resistance or disturbance to the flow;

- the devices can be applied for measurement of the aggressive liquids no media influence on the clamp-on sensors is observed;

- the devices are applied for measurement of the liquids with high concentration of solid particles (ex. slip mass, pulp etc.)

- the devices allow to perform measurements in the pipelines with high corrosion or residue on the internal walls;

- no expensive and labor-intensive procedure of stopping and empting the pipeline is needed for mounting and further maintenance;

- the imitation (non-pouring) testing method corresponding to the approved technique;

- the interval between tests is 2 years.
