THE OBK-09 COMPLEX FOR CUTTING OUT DISCHARGE STACKS  | The OBK-09 complex comprises of shutdown mechanism which is connected to the operator’s control panel by jack-rods. The rods are connected with the help of self-latching sockets. To cut out a flat the operator lowers the shutdown mechanism down through vertical discharge stack to the needed level and performs cutting out by pressing the key placed on the operator’s control panel without necessity of access to the nonpayer flat.
Operator controls the disabling/enabling process through the surveillance camera which is placed in the shutdown mechanism and the display which is built in operator’s control panel. Complex OBK-09 has the following considerable advantages as compared to its analogues and previous modifications:

- Small weight and compactness of the complex allows cutting out any flat in the building up to 16 levels.
