Gas Measurement Complex based on the GUVR-011 ultrasonic flowmeter
The complex is composed of:
- ultrasonic gas flowmeter;
- VK-011 calculator;
- Absolute pressure sensor;
- Temperature sensor;
- No-break power unit;
GUVR-011 ultrasonic gas flowmeter is designed for flow rate measurements of various media like:
- natural gas;
- blast-furnace and coke oven gas;
- air;
The flowmeter is composed of:
- system unit (SU);
- kit of ultrasonic cut-in sensors;
- power and communication unit (PCU) that can operate at the distance up to 1000 m from the SU;
Flowmeter advantages:
- no mechanically moving parts;
- no pressure drops;
- biradial power supply that allows to perform measurements in a wide gas flow range;
- ultrasonic sensors can be mounted and dismantled without stopping pipeline operation;
- built-in calibrator allows to carry out metrological tests of the flowmeter using the imitation method at the operating facility.
